Vegetable Cheese Egg Roll

Duration: 6-8 minutes


  • 3 eggs
  • Oil
  • Spinach (handful, shredded)
  • Tomatoes (handful, chopped)
  • Mushroom (handful, chopped)
  • Cheese (shredded)


  1. Crack three eggs in a small bowl
  2. Mix them well with a fork
  3. Pour oil in a small fry pan and heat it over low flame. Now pour the egg mixture in the pan and fry until the eggs are well done
  4. Now add spinach, tomatoes, mushroom and cheese on one side of the fried egg
  5. Roll the egg with the spatula all the way
  6. Serve on a platter with some fruits!
