Fattoush Salad Recipe for Salad lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 pita bread
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Romaine hearts
  • 1 Cucumber
  • Cherry tomatoes hand full
  • 2 or 3 scallions
  • 3 or 4 radishes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • Parsley 1 cup
  • Mint 1 cup
  • Olive oil ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 1 ½ lemons
  • White wine vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Allspice ¼ tsb
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Sumac 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper

Directions:

  • Cut pita bread and put olive oil, salt and bake at 180 degree C for 5 min
  • Cut and chopped romaine hearts and wash and drain and put on bowl
  • Cut and chopped cucumber, cherry tomatoes, scallions, radishes, bell pepper, parsley and mint and put on bowl
  • Other bowl add olive oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, allspice, garlic, sumac, salt and black pepper and mix as well
  • Mix it well and pour the syrup and add pita bread
  • Mix well and Serve and enjoy!
