Directions:
Add oil or ghee, ginger and garlic and mix
Add chicken mix and cook for 15 mins until it turn into white color

Directions:
Add Oil, Ginger, Garlic and cook for 5min
Add Chicken and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until chicken turns to white color
Add Green Chilli, Onion, Carrot, Bell Pepper, Cabbage, Red Chilli Powder and mix and cook for 5min
Add Salt and mix
Add Soya Sauce and mix
Add Vinegar, Tomato Sauce, Pre Boiled Noodles, Black Pepper and mix and cook for 5 to 10 mins
Pour oil in a pan and heat over medium flame. Add in cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, bay leaves, cardamom and cashews. Stir everything together for about 3 minutes until you can smell the fragrance. Pour the mixture in a bowl
Pour remaining oil in a medium sized pan and heat over high flame. Add garlic and onions. Stir for about 5 to 8 minutes
Add in turmeric, chili powder, nut mixture, ½ tsp. salt, pepper and shrimp. Stir and cook frequently until the shrimp changes color to pink. Turn the flame down to medium and stir in yogurt
With frequent stirring, cook until the liquid evaporates, for about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and bay leaves
Now place a pan over high flame and boil 2 ½ quarts water. Add rice and boil without the lid until tender. Drain water and pour in a bowl. Pour lemon juice while stirring and salt to taste
Butter a 3 ½ quarter baking dish and spread the mixture of rice and level it out. Layer ½ of the shrimp mixture on top. Repeat the layers in the same way and end with rice. Sprinkle saffron threads on top. Cover the top with foil
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees and bake biryani for about 20 to 25 minutes. Make sure that rice in tender and the center is hot.
Cut open the bell peppers from the top, remove the seeds and membrane inside. Place the peppers in a large oven proof pan and set it aside
Take a medium sized pot, pour vegetable oil and sauté onions over medium flame. Cook until translucent. Now add tomato paste and cook for another minute
Add water, chicken stock, tomatoes, cumin powder, cinnamon stick, cardamom powder, chili pepper, and shrimp. Cook for about 3-4 minutes with constant stirring until the shrimp turns pink in color
Add rice and gently stir. Let it boil and cook with the lid on low flame for about 15 minutes until the rice is cooked with some liquid at the bottom of the pot
Divide the rice mixture into equal parts and stuff the bell peppers. Make sure you don’t press them down or overfill because the rice will expand after baking
Cover the stuffed bell peppers with aluminum foil. Set the temperature to 175c and bake for about 30 minutes
Now, remove the foil and increase the oven’s temperature to 190c. Bake for another 10 minutes to grill the outside of the bell peppers
In a small bowl, mix sugar with corn flour. Pour milk and mix to make a pasty mixture. Set aside.
Add milk in a pan and let it boil. Add the mixture in the boiling milk with constant stirring. Keep stirring until the consistency changes. Now add vanilla essence and rsoe water. Cook until the mixture is thick enough.

3 tbsps. granulated sugar

In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, icing sugar, egg, vegetable oil, lemon juice and lemon zest. Whisk with a fork until the consistency becomes thick and smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a mug. Place it in the microwave for 5 to 6 minutes.
In a bowl, add shredded phyllo knafeh dough and 2 tbsps. unsalted butter. Mix well.
In a pan, add water with sugar, rose water, and lemon juice. Boil until dissolved for about 5 to 6 minutes. Set aside.
Add a cube on unsalted butter in a pan. Now spread half of the kadayif noodles on the bottom of the pan. Press with the spoon.
Spread mozzarella cheese on top. Layer with rest of the kadayif. Press gently to make a flat round shape. Fry for about 5 minutes till the bottom turn golden in color. Place a flat platter on top and turn the pan upside down.
Add another cube of unsalted butter in a pan. Fry the other side for 5 minutes.
Turn off the lame and pour the sugar syrup on top.
Add a tablespoon of ghee in a pan. Let it melt and add dry dates, almonds and pistachios to fry. Set aside.
In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of ghee and fry crushed vermicelli in it until they turn soft.
Pour 1 liter milk in a pan. Allow it to boil on medium flame. Now add cardamom seeds, sugar, and dried coconut with occasional stirring. Add in fried nuts and fried vermicelli. Mix well.
Add kewra water in the mixture. Stir the mixture constantly while it cooks for a few minutes.

Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup shortening
2 ½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 ½ cups candy coated milk chocolate pieces
Directions
In a mixing bowl whisk together, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla extract, eggs and shortening. Whisk till a thick mixture is obtained.
Now add all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold with a flat spoon. Now whisk the mixture till a smooth mixture is formed.
Add in candy coated milk chocolate pieces to the mixing bowl. Mix them with the mixture.
Drop small dollops of the mixture on a baking tray. Add candies on top. Bake for at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius for about 9 to 11 minutes.
In a pan, add in oil and onion. Sauté until golden color is obtained. Add in ginger paste and garlic paste. Mix well. Add in chicken and mix.
Now add tomatoes, garam masala, Arabic all spices, chicken masala and turmeric powder. Mix all the spices well with the chicken. Add tomato ketchup and mix again. Cook for a few minutes.
Add 3 to 4 green chilies, cinnamon, dried lemon, bell pepper, carrot, potatoes and water. Mix everything well. Cover the lid and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Mix everything well and add parsley or coriander and frozen okra. Mix well and cover the lid. Let it cook for a few more minutes.
In a pan over medium flame, add 2 tbsps. oil, garlic and onion. Saute for a minute. Now add ground beef to the pan. Mix well.
Now add stew seasoning, salt, chili powder, and tomato paste. Mix everything together. Cover with a lid and let it cook half way. Add in parsley and mix well. Cook until well done.
Now peel alternate layers of the eggplants. Add cuts to the peeled portions only to insert the filling.
In a separate pan add 2 tbsps. oil and heat. Add in the eggplants and cover the lid. Let them fry until color changes.
Fill the fried eggplants with filling. You may use toothpicks to hold the filling inside.
Now add 1 tbsp. oil in a pan. Layer it with sliced tomatoes. Add filled eggplants on top and then add another layer of sliced tomatoes.
Place the pan on the stove and cook over medium flame for about 10 minutes with the lid on.
For the sauce; add mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. chili garlic sauce, vinegar, and 4 tbsps. tomato ketchup. Mix well. Set the sauce aside.
Add oil in a pan on medium low flame with green onion leaves, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, and green onion. Mix everything well. Add in salt and black pepper. Mix everything together nicely.
Now add boiled spaghetti in the pan. Mix well and set aside.
In a separate pan, add oil, garlic and onion. Saute for a few minutes or until light golden brown.
Add chicken cubes, salt, red chili powder, chicken powder, and lemon juice. Mix well. Cook for a minute then add cumin powder hot sauce, black pepper, and 2 tbsps. ketchup. Mix and cover with the lid for a few minutes. Now add in 2 tbsps. chili garlic sauce. Mix well.
Take pre- boiled rice and layer with spaghetti. Spread chicken cubes on top.
Pour water in a bowl and add red kidney beans. Let them boil over medium flame. Drain the water and set aside.
In a grinder, add mint leaves, coriander, green chili and fried onion. Grind all the ingredients a little. Now add kidney beans, gram flour, salt, garam masala, lemon juice, cumin seeds powder, red chili powder, ginger paste and garlic paste. Grind well
In a pan, melt butter and add flour to it. Cook on medium low flame until the color changes. Add milk and keep stirring until thick saucy consistency is obtained. Keep the white sauce aside.
Take another pan with some oil. Add in garlic and sauté for a minute. Add in onion and salt. Cook for a few minutes. Now add red pepper and cook until onion changes its color slightly.
Add bell pepper and carrots. Mix well. Cook until the veggies are slightly soft. Add in corn. Mix again.
Pour white sauce in the pan. Mix everything together.
Add pre-boiled penne pasta to the pan. Sprinkle processed cheese on top.
In a grinder, add beef, chili flakes, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, garam masala, gram flour, salt, green chili paste, ginger paste, garlic paste and yogurt. Grind all these ingredients together.
Now add corn starch and fried onion. Grind the ingredients again until a thick paste is obtained.
Transfer the grinded mixture in a bowl. Place a pre-heated coal on aluminum foil in the center of the bowl. Add a few drops oil over it and cover the bowl with a lid to led the aroma spread
Make small balls from the beefy mixture. Insert a stick through the meat to make a hole in the center.
Now heat some oil in a pan over medium low heat. Add kebab balls in the pan and fry until the desired color is obtained.
Place a pan over low flame. Melt butter and add flour with continuous whisking. Now add three cups of milk. Whisk after adding each cup of milk. Keep whisking the mixture until a thick consistency is obtained.
Now in a separate pan, add oil and sauté onion over medium-low flame for about 1 to 2 minutes. Now add beef to the pan and mix well. Add tomato paste and let it cook until the brown color is obtained or the meat is fully cooked.
Boil a packet of pasta and drain. Add milk and flour paste and mix well.
Brush the baking dish with some oil. Layer with some flour paste. Now add a layer of pasta. Add beef as the third layer and spread evenly. Sprinkle cheese on top. Then add another layer of pasta.
Now add an egg in the remaining flour and milk paste. Mix well. Add the paste on top o the pasta.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees.
