Strawberry Ice-cream

Duration: 1 day


  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 400 ml. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 large spoon strawberry puree



  1. In a mixing bowl, prepare ice-cream base by whisking heavy whipping cream until thick. Add in sweetened condensed milk. Whisk it well and freeze overnight.
  2. Take out small scoops from the base and add to a small bowl.
  3. Add strawberry puree. Mix well.
  4. Serve with rainbow sprinkles.
