Crunch Ice-cream

Duration: 1 day


  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 400 ml. sweetened condensed milk
  • Crunch or honey comb (as per your desire)



  1. In a mixing bowl, prepare ice-cream base by whisking heavy whipping cream until thick. Add in sweetened condensed milk. Whisk it well and freeze overnight.
  2. Take out small scoops from the base and add to a small bowl.
  3. Add crunch or honeycomb as per your desire. Mix well.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
