Duration: 40 minutes


  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 4 tsps. corn flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 drops vanilla essence
  • 2 tsps. rose water
  • Pistachio (chopped)




  1. In a small bowl, mix sugar with corn flour. Pour milk and mix to make a pasty mixture. Set aside.
  2. Add milk in a pan and let it boil. Add the mixture in the boiling milk with constant stirring. Keep stirring until the consistency changes. Now add vanilla essence and rsoe water. Cook until the mixture is thick enough.
  3. Decorate with chopped pistachio.
