  • Water
  • 4 small apples
  • 4 small carrots
  • 1 cube of ginger



  1. In a juicer, pour some water, add slices of apples, carrots and ginger. You may have to add them one by one to juice them.
  2. Pour the juice in a glass and enjoy a healthy drink.
