Easy Macaroni

Duration: 20 minutes


  • 2 tbsps. oil
  • 2 tsp. garlic
  • ½ tsp. ginger
  • 200 grams chicken
  • ¼ cup onion (chopped)
  • ½ tsp. ginger
  • ¼ cup tomato (chopped)
  • ¼ cup capsicum (chopped)
  • ¼ cup carrot (chopped)
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp. tomato ketchup
  • 1 bowl macaroni (boiled)



  1. In a medium sized pan, heat some oil on medium low flame. Add garlic and sauté for about 2 to 3 minutes, until color changes slightly. Now add ginger and sauté some more.
  2. Add in chicken cubes and let it cook for a few minutes. Now add onion, green chili, tomato, capsicum, carrot, salt and tomato ketchup with constant stirring for about 5 minutes.
  3. Now add boiled macaroni to the mixture. Mix well.
  4. Cook until the chicken is well done, vegetables are soft and macaroni is properly mixed with the flavors of the vegetables.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
