Easy Macaroni
Duration: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 tbsps. oil
- 2 tsp. garlic
- ½ tsp. ginger
- 200 grams chicken
- ¼ cup onion (chopped)
- ½ tsp. ginger
- ¼ cup tomato (chopped)
- ¼ cup capsicum (chopped)
- ¼ cup carrot (chopped)
- Salt
- 1 tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 1 bowl macaroni (boiled)
Directions
- In a medium sized pan, heat some oil on medium low flame. Add garlic and sauté for about 2 to 3 minutes, until color changes slightly. Now add ginger and sauté some more.
- Add in chicken cubes and let it cook for a few minutes. Now add onion, green chili, tomato, capsicum, carrot, salt and tomato ketchup with constant stirring for about 5 minutes.
- Now add boiled macaroni to the mixture. Mix well.
- Cook until the chicken is well done, vegetables are soft and macaroni is properly mixed with the flavors of the vegetables.
- Serve and enjoy!
