Easy Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 tbsps. onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsps. capsicum
- 2 tbsp. baby corn (boiled)
- ¼ cup boiled chicken (shredded)
- ¼ tsp. oregano
- ¼ tsp. red chili flakes
- Salt
- 2 bread slices
- Pizza Sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. butter
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, add onion, capsicum, baby corn, chicken, oregano, red chili flakes and salt. Mix all the ingredients well. Set the mixture aside.
- Now take two slices of bread and spread pizza sauce on each side.
- Spread the mixture on the slices.
- Melt butter on low flame in a frying pan. Place the sandwich in the pan and toast from both sides.
