Easy Breakfast Sandwich

  • 2 tbsps. onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsps. capsicum
  • 2 tbsp. baby corn (boiled)
  • ¼ cup boiled chicken (shredded)
  • ¼ tsp. oregano
  • ¼ tsp. red chili flakes
  • Salt
  • 2 bread slices
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp. butter



  1. In a small mixing bowl, add onion, capsicum, baby corn, chicken, oregano, red chili flakes and salt. Mix all the ingredients well. Set the mixture aside.
  2. Now take two slices of bread and spread pizza sauce on each side.
  3. Spread the mixture on the slices.
  4. Melt butter on low flame in a frying pan. Place the sandwich in the pan and toast from both sides.
